HOUSTON-AMEC Oil & Gas Americas has reorganized and renewed its long-term headquarters lease with Dallas-based Behringher Harvard for 227,486 square feet at 10777 Clay Rd. The company has renewed its lease three years antecedent to its lease termination.
The Westway Park property was constructed in 1999 for Paragon Engineering Services, the predecessor of AMEC. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Mark O'Donnell with Studley, while Kmeal Winters with Behringer Harvard represented her company in the transaction.
