HOUSTON-Burns Interest has acquired the North Main Business Park, a multi-tenant warehouse park measuring 33,550 square feet in Baytown, from Myers Brothers. The project, developed in 2005, contains warehouse/office spaces for lease.
Proximity Real Estate Advisors has been kept for leasing and managing the project. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Leigh Anne Ahr with Proximity Real Estate Advisors, and the seller was represented by Billy Combs with Combs Commercial Properties.
