Developer Seeks Approval for Dana Point Hotel

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Beverly Hills Hospitality Group is trying to get approvals for a hotel development in Dana Point.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Beverly Hills Hospitality Group is trying to get approvals for a hotel development in Dana Point. The developer is planning to replace Dana Point Harbor Inn, a 40-room hotel near Doheny State Beach, with a 250-room hotel.

The developer has decided to get an environmental impact report by paying nearly $150,000. The Beverly Hills Hospitality Group project is yet to be approved by the California Coastal Commission and the city. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
