ORANGE COUNTY, CA-LBA Realty, an Irvine-based investor, has purchased a warehouse and distribution building measuring 155,495 square feet just off Cerritos Avenue. The two-story building, which includes a 30,000-square-foot office space, was sold by JVC Americas Corp., part of JVC Kenwood Holdings Inc. of Japan.
Terms of the deal were not revealed. The seller was represented by Rick Ellison and Jeff Chiate from Cushman & Wakefield Inc.' Irvine office, while the buyer had in-house representation in the transaction. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
