Phillips & Akers Renews Lease in Phoenix Tower

HOUSTON-Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners has negotiated a lease renewal deal with Hines in Houston.

HOUSTON-Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners has negotiated a lease renewal deal with Hines in Houston. Phillips & Akers has renewed its lease for 12,742 square feet of office space in Phoenix Tower located at 3200 Southwest Freeway.

The tenant has leased the space from FSP Phoenix Tower Limited Partnership, the landlord of the building. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners' David Anderson, and the landlord was represented by Hines' Paula Bruns.
