HOUSTON-Relax Plaza has leased a retail space at the Sugar Creek Village Shopping Center. The tenant has leased 950 square feet in the shopping center located at 13893 Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land.

The Sugar Creek Village Shopping Center is owned by Sugar Creek Village LP. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Melody Wang of AA Realty, and the landlord was represented by Kristen Hill with United Equities. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
