LOS ANGELES-A private investor has sold the Jordan Apartments, an apartment property having 15 units in Canoga Park, to a limited liability company for $1.01 million. Marcus & Millichap represented both the parties in the deal.
In another deal, Bella Vista Court, LLC has bought an apartment building having 38 units at 17938 Burbank Boulevard in Encino for $5.5 million from the Nagler Family trust.
