PHILADELPHIA-Borders and Barnes & Noble are having their problems, but don't expect the retail industry to see many hiccups in its recovery, says John Hendrickson, chief operating officer of Federal Realty Investment Trust's Northeast Region. He was a panelist at the recent RealShare Philadelphia and spoke with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter.
