SAN DIEGO-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of an office building in San Diego. The Del Mar Union School District has bought the 10,953-square-foot building located at 11232 El Camino Real from Torrey Hills LLC for $4,326,435.
The school district will occupy the ground-floor space of the Class A office building. In the transaction, the seller was represented by the CB Richard Ellis Private Client Group, while the buyer was represented by Tenant Rep Real Estate and Colliers International.
