NEW YORK CITY- Girls Inc. of the Capital Region has disposed of its Albany, New York building and leased space at 301 Washington Ave. from Northeastern Association of the Blind in Albany Inc. The company has sold its two-story building measuring 9,000 square feet at 25 Western Ave. for $80,000 to Fairbanks Properties LLC.

The adjacent building at 27 Western Ave. was also sold to Fairbanks. Girls will keep hold of its Albany Street building, which serves as its administrative offices. For the full story, go to The Business Review.
