NEW YORK CITY-Gramercy Park Flower Shop has leased a retail space measuring 1,200 square feet and an office space measuring 1,400 square feet at 55 Washington Street. The store has signed a 12-year lease with Two Trees Management for the space in the recently converted warehouse.
This is the first Brooklyn location for the tenant. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Aliza Weston with Legacy Real Estate, while Caroline Pardo of Two Trees Management represented her company. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
