LOS ANGELES-Meta Housing Corporation is building an art-themed senior housing project similar to The Burbank Senior Artists Colony. The company has partnered with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles to construct the new NoHo Senior Artists Colony on 10747 Magnolia Blvd.
The project, expected to be opened by mid-2012, comprises 126 units, and will include a 15,000-square-foot classroom space and studio gallery, and a 76-seat theater. Glendale-based Optimus Construction Inc. is constructing the project. For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
