NEW YORK CITY-Novartis, a Swiss-based drug company, has signed a 15-year lease for 22,050 square feet at 230 Park Avenue. The pharmaceutical giant will occupy the entire 21st floor of the Helmsley building.

Monday Properties assumed control over the 34-story building 12 years ago from Helmsley. In the lease transaction, David Malawer and Mitch Barnett from Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Jordan Berger with Monday Properties and Paul Amrich with CB Richard Ellis represented the owner.
