LOS ANGELES-Hollywood-based PNK Group is opening the BLVD Hotel + Spa, a new boutique hotel on Ventura Boulevard in Studio City.

LOS ANGELES-Hollywood-based PNK Group is opening the BLVD Hotel + Spa, a new boutique hotel on Ventura Boulevard in Studio City. This is will be the third boutique hotel to be opened in the San Fernando Valley.

The 58-room hotel will have 30 suites and include a bar, a spa, an indoor pool and a fitness center. The 48,000-square-foot hotel is located in the former Universal City Inn hotel on Ventura Boulevard between Vineland Avenue and Lankershim Boulevard.
