BRIDGEWATER, NJ-eResearch Technology has taken 18,778 square feet at 685 Rt. 202 here. The first two years will be a sublease from Enzon Pharmaceuticals, with the next eight a direct lease with landlord KRE Group.

The 139,000-square-foot building is located near Routes 287, 202, 206 and 22, close to the Bridgewater Commons Mall. Other tenants include Samsung, Elsevier Inc. and Enzon Pharmaceuticals, which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the sublease portion of the transaction.
