NEW YORK CITY-Cleo Spa is relocating its Gramercy salon at 258 Third Ave. to a larger space.

NEW YORK CITY-Cleo Spa is relocating its Gramercy salon at 258 Third Ave. to a larger space. It has leased 2,350 square feet from 39 Tenant Corp. for 10 years at 39 Gramercy Park North located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 21st Street.

Asking rent for the former Gramercy Park Flower Shop space was $110 per square foot. A Prudential Douglas Elliman broker represented the tenant, while a Rice & Associates broker negotiated on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
