NEW YORK CITY-Cushman & Wakefield's capital markets group is marketing the 352-unit TriBeCa project located at 88 Leonard St. for about $200 million. Africa-Israel USA and Shaya Boymelgreen had developed the 21-story residential rental project in 2007 on the locality of the Edison parking lot.
