NEW YORK CITY-Eastdil Secured is shopping two office buildings in the city for recapitalizations. Starrett-Lehigh Building, a 2.2-million-square-foot tower at 601 W. 26th St., could be revalued at $1 billion.

The 1.05-million-square-foot building located at 195 Broadway is the other property, and sits on the other side of the new Fulton Transit Center. Landmarks recently approved a plan to add a retail space measuring 22,000 square feet on two levels. The property could be revalued at $300 million. For the full story, go to New York Post.
