Lofton Island Acquires Oasis Grand Condo Tower

FORT MYERS, FL-Lofton Island Holdings LLP has completed the acquisition of one of the two completed buildings at the Oasis Grand condominium project located in Fort Myers.

FORT MYERS, FL-Lofton Island Holdings LLP, a joint venture between National Bank, Armco and Southwest Properties, has completed the acquisition of one of the two completed buildings at the Oasis Grand condominium project located in Fort Myers.

Oasis is a development spanning 17 acres where The Related Group of Miami had constructed only two of the five proposed towers. John Burpee and T. Sean Lance of NAI Tampa Bay represented the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
