CORAL GABLES, FL-Workspace solutions provider, Regus has renewed its 22,526-square-foot lease at Sabadell Financial Center for eight years.

CORAL GABLES, FL-Workspace solutions provider, Regus has renewed its 22,526-square-foot lease at Sabadell Financial Center for eight years.

Adriana Jimenez and Jack Lowell of Flagler Real Estate Services, LLC, Flagler's property management and brokerage division, have closed the deal on behalf of the owner, 1111 Brickell Office, LLC, a unit of TESTA SA. Jointly, they have closed 15 leasing deals totaling over 245,000 square feet at the Class A office tower. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
