PHILADELPHIA-Select Properties Inc. of Colmar is planning to construct 193 residential houses in East Rockhill. According to the Intelligencer report, the big residential plan will include 107 townhouses and 86 single-family homes.
The proposed development will take place between Hill Road and Old Bethlehem Pike, near Three Mile Run. Nearly 30 acres of land in the location will remain open. Supervisors will hear several testimonies before approving the housing plan. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal.
