BOSTON-Boston-based Vergelegen LLC has purchased a 298-acre property situated on Canaan Southfield Road in New Marlborough for an amount of $4.3 million. According to the Berkshire Eagle reports, the campground sale was one of the largest residential property deals in the history of the region.
