TAMPA, FL-Franklin Street Real Estate Services has closed the sale of an apartment community in Tampa. Rosetree Crossings LLC has sold 42nd Street Apartments, a 75-unit apartment community at 14610 42nd St. in Tampa, to a private owner for $2,650,000 or about $35,333 per unit or $44.04 per square foot.
The two- and three-story apartment community was constructed in 1968. Kevin Kelleher, Darron Kattan and Bob Goldfinger of Franklin Street represented both the seller and the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
