Legend Senior Living to Build Assisted Living Residence

WICHITA, KS-Wichita-based Legend Senior Living has announced its plans to construct a free-standing residence for seniors in west Wichita.

WICHITA, KS-Wichita-based Legend Senior Living has announced its plans to construct a free-standing residence for seniors in west Wichita. Legend at North Ridge Village, the new facility, will consist of 15 separate suites for memory care and 51 separate assisted living apartments.

The facility will be situated in the North Ridge Village Addition, south of Kansas Highway 96. Marlin Penner with NAI John T. Arnold Associates Inc. is negotiating the land acquisition. Construction of the project will begin in May. For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal.
