SAN DIEGO-Davanti Enoteca Wine Bar and Mia Francesca Restaurant have inked a 10-year lease for 5,020 square feet at 12955 El Camino Real in Del Mar. They have leased the space for $2,879,736.
The wine bar and restaurant will occupy space in the newly refurbished Del Mar Highlands Town Center. Michael Spilky from Location Matters Restaurant & Retail Brokerage represented the tenants, while Phil Lyons from Cassidy/Turley BRE Commercial represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
