DULUTH, MN-Duluth landowners have revealed an extended plan for the city's waterfront property. Concrete storage elevators are presently occupying the former Lafarge cement terminal site.

The owners of the Duluth waterfront property have been working along with the Duluth Economic Development Authority to actualize the plan. The development, including retail spaces, a floating restaurant and condominiums, could cost between $50 million and $75 million. If approved, the construction would begin in the spring of 2012.
