SAN DIEGO-Davidson Communities and Mountain Real Estate Capital (MREC) have partnered together to purchase the Fairbanks Country Villas development situated in San Diego. The acquired 92.7-acre parcel contains 85 single-family residential lots.
The purchase amount of the property was not revealed. The Fairbanks Country Villas development would be a big investment opportunity for the partnership, said Peter Fioretti, Chief Executive Officer of MREC.
