NEW YORK CITY-Communication Partners Group has signed a sublease deal for eight years with Bank of Montreal for 21,891 square feet of office space at 360 Madison Ave. The firm will occupy the fourth floor of the building owned by Stawski Partners.
The tenant will move from its current location at 330 Madison to 360 Madison. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Studley's John Mambrino and Nicholas Farmakis, while CB Richard Ellis' Michael Liss represented Bank of Montreal. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
