MIAMI-Grubb & Ellis Co. has negotiated a lease deal on behalf of BGT Partners in Miami.

MIAMI-Grubb & Ellis Co. has negotiated a lease deal on behalf of BGT Partners in Miami. BGT Partners has inked a long-term lease with Village at Gulfstream Park, LLC for a class A office space measuring 20,469 square feet within the Village at Gulfstream Park at 600 Silks Run in Hallandale Beach.

In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Jonathan Kingsley from Grubb & Ellis' Office Group, and the landlord was represented by Noel Steinfeld from CB Richard Ellis. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
