FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Carlisle Development Group along with the City of Fort Lauderdale's Housing Authority has begun the construction of a $32.5-million housing development meant for low-income and very low income families. The development, Northwest Gardens III will be the second phase of Fort Lauderdale's Northwest neighborhood development.
The project comprises 150 units with 66 two- and three-bedroom units and 84 three-, four- and five-bedroom town homes and is aiming at LEED Gold for Homes certification. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
