FORT MYERS, FL - Meridian Airport Park LLC has bought Meridian Center from BancAmerica Realty Finance, Inc. The center comprising 90-acre of vacant business park was traded for $4.2 million. Meridian has also purchased 82 acres of land in Hendry County for $1.9 million.
Meridian Center will be transformed into a corporate business and industrial park with slots for office, industrial, retail and hospitality.
