BOSTON-After more than four years of delay, the developer of Hayward Place located in downtown Boston is planning to start construction of a residential complex on the property. Anthony Pangaro of Millennium Partners-Boston has submitted an amended application to the city for the property.

The revised plan includes a 15-story building having 265 units of ownership and rental housing, and a retail space measuring 12,000 square feet on the ground floor. New York-based Handel Architects has designed the project. For the full story, go to Boston Globe.
