ORLANDO-Grubb & Ellis has successfully negotiated the sale of two office towers in Downtown Orlando. The towers situated at the corner of Magnolia Avenue and East Colonial Drive were purchased by Central Florida's Boys & Girls Clubs. The two towers together spanned 15,045 square feet.
