PHILADELPHIA-More real estate companies are getting involved with education and medical developments, says Allison Wilson-Maher, vice president of East regional healthcare at Duke Realty Corp. As those projects have more complex needs, they require outside expertise, she tells GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter at the recent Philadelphia RealShare conference.
