ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Jack's Surf & Sport LLC has doubled its headquarters space in Huntington Beach. The company has signed a five-year lease with San Francisco-based AMB Property Corp. for more than 52,000 square feet.
Along with corporate offices and warehouse, the new site may also offer space for Jack's first outlet. Gavin Denniston and Mike Barreiro of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant, while Chuck Wilson and Wayne Lambert of Colliers International represented the landlord in the lease deal.
