ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Roy E. Daly & Co. has recently sold three apartment complexes for more than $55 million in Orange County. The real estate investor has sold Canyonwoods, a 140-apartment complex in Lake Forest, to Washington, DC-based Avalon Bay Communities Inc. for $24.7 million.
The investor has also sold the 124-apartment Pinewood and 64-apartment Tustin Plaza complexes in Tustin for $20.4 million and $10.3 million, respectively, to Patrick Cadigan. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
