SAN DIEGO-CT CL Fund II LLC (CT Realty Investors) has sold a 20,286-square-foot single-tenant industrial building at 9808 Waples St. situated between Interstates 15 and 805 to Rancho Resources, the buyer, for $2,029,250.

SAN DIEGO-CT CL Fund II LLC (CT Realty Investors) has sold a 20,286-square-foot single-tenant industrial building at 9808 Waples St. situated between Interstates 15 and 805 to Rancho Resources, the buyer, for $2,029,250. The industrial property sits on a 1.09-acre land in San Diego's Sorrento Mesa submarket.
