NEW YORK CITY-SLCE Architects has modeled the Laureate, a new condo equidistant between the Ansonia and the Apthorp. The 12-story building comprises 76 apartments and a retail space on the ground floor.

The apartments contain three to seven bedrooms with an average cost of $6 million each. The condo has not been formerly launched. However, over 15% of the apartments are already closed and Eastern Mountain Sports has leased the retail space. A Brown Harris Stevens broker is handling the sale.
