NEW YORK CITY-The Yankees are opening a store in Times Square. The sports franchise has inked a lease deal for 15 years with Paramount Leasehold LP for 2,000 square feet of storefront in Paramount Building situated at 1501 Broadway.
The new team store will be opened in the next few months. The tower, where the Yankees have leased space, houses the Hard Rock Cafe and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the deal on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
