NEW YORK CITY-Baum-Essex-Crossroads is increasing its space at the Empire State Building. The company has signed a lease for 10 years for nearly 15,600 square feet on the 24th floor of the tower.
The asking rent for the space was in the high-$40s per square foot. The property is being managed by W&H Properties. CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Michael Blum and Ross Zimbalist represented the tenant, while Newmark Knight Frank's Ryan Kass and William Cohen represented the landlord in the transaction.
