NEW YORK CITY-Capco, a global business technology consulting firm, is increasing its space in Manhattan. The firm will move from its current location at 120 Broadway to 77 Water St.

Capco has subleased 48,700 square feet at the building from Goldman Sachs. The sublease deal covers expansion options in the high-rise building. In the lease deal, Gerry Miovski and Joan Meixner of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield represented Goldman. For the full story, go to New York Post.
