SAN DIEGO-City Ventures, a homebuilder based in Santa Ana, has completed 13 land deals, which comprise 1,300 units all over California. The acquisition also includes two new developments in San Diego County.
The homebuilder has acquired a 53-unit townhome development in Carlsbad and 19-home project in Encinitas. Estimated value for each unit in the Carlsbad project is in the mid-$400,000s and that of the Encinitas development is in the low $900,000s. For the full story, go to The San Diego Union Tribune.
