CHICAGO-Detroit-based Crain Communications Inc. is relocating from a Beaux Arts building to 150 N. Michigan Ave. The company has leased 54,426 square feet at 150 N. Michigan Ave., a 41-story, 650,000-square-foot tower, for 10 years.

Crain will move to the 16th, 17th and 18th floors of the tower next spring. Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. has leased the building, owned by Frankfurt, Germany-based SEB Asset Management.
