ORLANDO-Highwoods Properties, Inc. has closed a new lease deal at its Seaside Plaza building in Orlando.

ORLANDO-Highwoods Properties, Inc. has closed a new lease deal at its Seaside Plaza building in Orlando. Innovative Systems Group of Florida has inked a lease with Highwoods for an office space measuring 2,300 square feet at Seaside Plaza.

In the lease transaction, Ingrid Cameron with Stirling Sotheby's International Realty represented the tenant, while Catherine Reeves with Highwoods Properties represented her company in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
