NAPERVILLE, IL-Principals of Microdynamics Group have purchased 1560 Frontenac Rd., an industrial building spanning 85,608 square feet in Naperville, for an amount of $3.4 million. This move will increase the company's presence in the Naperville Center for Commerce & Industry.
Owners of the company have purchased the building from Willowbrook-based Primavesta, which acquired the property in January 2010 for $3.15 million. David Friedland with Newmark Knight Frank Epic represented Microdynamics in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
