NEW YORK CITY-George Klein's Park Tower Realty has sold an office building comprising 241,633 square feet at 30 Flatbush Ave., in Brooklyn, for $57 million or about $236 per square foot. The company has sold the building to a joint venture of Capstone Equities and Angelo Power.
The building, situated across from Dermot Co.'s 29 Flatbush apartment tower, is net-leased to Con Ed, which will occupy the building till 2027. Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post.
