NEW YORK CITY-Pecan Cafe, a popular TriBeCa eatery, has inked a lease deal for 10 years for 800 square feet of space at 387 Amsterdam Ave. situated between West 78th and West 79th streets. The lease deal also includes 130 square feet of basement space.
