RMC Negotiates Movie Theater Lease in Ocala

OCALA, FL-RMC Property Group has negotiated a new lease deal for a movie theater in Ocala.

OCALA, FL-RMC Property Group has negotiated a new lease deal for a movie theater in Ocala. A six-screen theater, Ocala Center 6 will occupy 16,500 square feet at Marion Shopping Center situated at the crossway of NE 19th Avenue and Silver Springs Boulevard.

Ocala Center 6 operators also own theaters in Delray Beach and Belleview. The new theater will be opened in May 2011. RMC Property Group represented the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
