NAPLES, FL-Commercial Property Southwest Florida, LLC, an alliance member of Cushman and Wakefield, has closed the purchase of a land in Naples, FL. Sierra Meadows LLC has purchased the 23.72-acre site situated at the southwest corner of Collier Boulevard and Rattlesnake Hammock Road from Special Acquisitions II.

Sierra Meadows has acquired the property, which will be used for investment purpose, for $3.4 million. Shawn Stoneburner and Gary Tasman with Commercial Property Southwest Florida handled the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
