FORT MYERS, FL-VIP Realty - Commercial has closed the sale of a vacant site in Fort Myers.

FORT MYERS, FL-VIP Realty - Commercial has closed the sale of a vacant site in Fort Myers. Staco Sweet Holdings, LLC has purchased the vacant commercial site measuring 34,000 square feet at 16475 and 16495 San Carlos Blvd. located just south of Kelly Road.

Staco Sweet Holdings has purchased the site from Joanne M. Klare and David Todd Klare for an amount of $120,000. VIP Realty's Kim Hudak and Lisa Sands negotiated the deal on behalf of the sellers.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
